Soccer New Brunswick a few years back divided the province into five regions to better deliver soccer programs at a regional level in the New Brunswick province. The responsibility of each region is to manage, deliver and organize player development, coach education and assist clubs to further develop and improve soccer.
The five regions are:

Each region currently has a full-time Regional Technical Director to oversee the implementation and delivery of Soccer New Brunswick and the Regional Associations initiatives. Such initiative currently undertaken are:

Regional Player Development (RDP)

Facilitating Coaching Courses and Workshops

Mentoring of Recreational and Competitive Coaches

Providing support to clubs regarding technical aspects of soccer

Overseeing the development of elite and recreational soccer players
The West Regional Technical Director has a Technical Advisory Group that provides advise and support on technical aspects to assist the continued development and improvement of soccer in the region.
West Region Soccer encompasses areas from Nackawic, Millville, Minto, Douglas, Fredericton, New Maryland, Oromocto and Gagetown. Plans are currently underway to establish more clubs in other areas of the West Region.
West Region is currently in the process of establishing a West Region Soccer Association to better manage all soccer programs in the West Region.
The aim of West Region Soccer is to establish for the benefit the soccer community in the region, with appropriate structures and programs to enable WRS to deliver, manage, regulate, develop and promote the sport in the region. This will enable WRS to assist with development of soccer to increase the quality and quantity of participation arcoss the various sections of the sport.
Specific Objectives
> To govern and administer all aspects of soccer within the region. > To actively introduce and develop initiatives of the WRS, SoccerNB and CSA to all the clubs in the region. > To actively encourage people to participate and develop their skills, through their participation in soccer.
